The new business reality

Knowing AI is not the same as knowing what to do with it.

Business graduates are entering a workplace where AI can research markets, analyse financial data, prepare reports, automate processes and support decisions. The advantage belongs to those who know how to apply it to real business problems.

  1. 1

    Learn the concepts

Understand business frameworks, AI capabilities and use cases.

  2. 2

    Put them to work

Build workflows, analyse real data and deliver working solutions.

Learn by building

Take a business problem. Build a working solution.

No coding background required for the introductory pathway. Students work through real business scenarios and use AI tools to develop solutions they can demonstrate, explain and improve.

  • Market intelligence

Research competitors, identify market opportunities and turn scattered information into actionable insights.

    Example

    AI-powered competitor intelligence dashboard.

  • Finance and decision support

Analyse business data, explore scenarios and build decision-support tools.

    Example

AI-assisted financial analysis and reporting workflow.

  • Marketing and customer insights

Explore customer segments, analyse feedback and design informed campaigns.

    Example

Customer insights and campaign planning assistant.

  • Operations and productivity

Automate repetitive work and design workflows that reduce manual effort.

    Example

AI workflow for processing business requests and generating reports.

Agentic AI, hands-on

Build your own AI agents, without code.

Agentic AI does the work, not just answers questions. Each student builds their own AI agents and no-code workflows and hands them real business tasks: a morning market briefing, a weekly pipeline review, a customer follow-up. They set the limits, decide what an agent must never do unattended, and review every run.

  1. Brief it

Give the agent a goal, the sources it may use and the shape of the answer it must return.

  2. Run it

Put it on a schedule or a trigger, connected to the tools a business team already uses.

  3. Supervise it

Read every run, catch what it got wrong, and keep a person accountable for the result.

What you take away

Graduate with more than a certificate.

Leave with work you can show, skills you can explain and a better understanding of where AI fits into business.

  • A working AI solution built around a practical business use case.

  • A portfolio project you can demonstrate in an interview or internship discussion.

  • Business-first AI skills across research, analysis, communication and workflow automation.

  • Sound judgement about AI-generated outputs, data privacy, reliability and responsible use.

Apply AI to your career path

Your specialisation. Your AI advantage.

Different roles require different applications of AI. Build around the work you want to do.

  • Finance

Financial analysis, reporting and scenario modelling.

  • Marketing

Customer insights, campaign research and content workflows.

  • Operations

    Process optimisation, reporting and automation.

  • Product and consulting

Problem framing, market analysis and rapid prototyping.

Optional industry specialisations, led by domain-aligned, AI-native practitioners

  • Healthcare and Life Sciences
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Banking and Insurance
  • Fintech
  • Consumer Retail
  • Media and Entertainment
  • Other sectors on request.

For the next generation of managers

In your next interview, don’t just talk about AI. Show what you did with it.

Recruiters and hiring managers need people who can identify a business problem, work with data, communicate recommendations and use new tools responsibly. Give them a concrete example of how you do that.

  1. 01

    Show your work

Demonstrate a working project rather than relying only on a course certificate.

  2. 02

    Explain your thinking

Describe the business problem, your approach and the trade-offs you considered.

  3. 03

    Demonstrate judgement

Explain how you checked the output and where you would not rely on AI alone.

Who teaches it

Practitioners who have run the work.

Facilitators are practitioners who have managed product, strategy and operations teams at AWS, Google, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley and AI-first product companies. Specialisations bring in domain-aligned practitioners who have built with AI in that sector.

Management graduates will not be hired to use AI. They will be hired to decide what to do with what it produces: to check it, to ship it, and to answer for it. That is what we teach, on real work, before placements.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

A hands-on AI programme for MBA, PGDM and PGP students, run on campus or live online. Students take real business problems in market intelligence, finance, marketing and operations and turn them into working AI solutions: their own AI agents and no-code workflows, built without coding and checked before they are trusted.

MBA, PGDM and PGP cohorts, in any year and any specialisation: students heading for finance, marketing, operations, product and consulting roles. It runs for a whole batch or a chosen cohort.

Yes. It is built for non-coders and non-technical students: nothing in the programme needs code. Students bring a laptop with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and the Claude Team seats are provisioned and managed by DeployProAI.

Yes. Students brief, schedule and supervise their own agents and no-code workflows on business tasks, decide what an agent must never do unattended, and review every run. In a specialisation the agents work on the sector’s own data.

Yes. Product managers write requirements and prototype with AI; marketing and sales students build campaign and lead workflows; finance students analyse data and build business cases; people managers, HR and operations students hand recurring work to agents. Specialisations go deeper for a sector.

Eight hands-on subjects: how AI works and where it fails; working with AI on real tasks; projects, prototypes and research; requirements and product decisions; deciding, shipping and measuring; analysis, data and business cases; delegating work to AI agents; and AI in teams, governance and adoption. The brochure has the full syllabus.

Yes. Every subject has a lab and a deliverable, and the assessed portfolio collects them: the agents and workflows each student builds, a PRD with a clickable prototype, a business-case workbook and an AI usage policy for a regulated firm.

24 to 38 hours, adapted to the cohort and the institution’s requirements. It maps to about two academic credits with your programme office.

Every student earns five Anthropic Academy badges, including AI Fluency and Claude 101. A Google Cloud Generative AI Leader or Microsoft AI Business Professional (AB-730) certification is an optional add-on: the institute chooses one track for the cohort, Google is recommended, and a readiness check decides when each student sits the exam.

An assessed portfolio built around the AI agents and workflows they built, with a PRD and clickable prototype, a business-case workbook and an AI usage policy for a regulated firm; five Anthropic Academy badges; and the institute and DeployProAI co-certificate. Cohorts on the optional certification track add the vendor certification and its learning-path badge.

Free courses from NPTEL and the vendors are good for concepts, and we point students to them. This programme is the hands-on layer: instructor-led labs on real workflows, an assessed portfolio, badges and, if the cohort wants one, a vendor certification, on campus or live online.

NPTEL’s course is a free online lecture course. This programme is practice: students build agents and work with AI on briefs, data and requirements in labs, build a portfolio that is assessed, earn five Anthropic Academy badges and, if the cohort chooses, sit a Google or Microsoft certification.

No. AI for managers courses are executive certificates for working professionals with years of experience. Agentic AI for Management Students runs inside a college programme, for students before placements. The same labs run for business teams through our Enterprise programmes.

Yes, as an option. Healthcare and life sciences, marketing and sales, banking and insurance, fintech, consumer retail and media and entertainment are examples we run; other sectors on request. Domain-aligned, AI-native practitioners lead the specialisation labs on the sector’s own data.

All three. Cohorts run on campus in Mumbai and across India, live online, or blended. Hybrid and online PGDMs get the same labs live online, with the same assessment and badges.

Credits are mapped with your programme office. Claude Team seats for the cohort are provisioned and managed by DeployProAI. The seats, vendor exam fees and any Copilot licences are billed to the institute at actuals.

Three months of support after the last session, with a monthly live Q&A for students finishing their portfolio or preparing for the optional certification.
