Why we started
DeployProAI was founded after years of watching the same pattern repeat: large investments in AI tools, and engineering teams still building software the way they did a decade ago. The technology worked. The way teams used it stayed the same. Generic workshops produced demos that never reached production, and off-the-shelf courses taught prompting with no connection to real engineering constraints.
DeployProAI was created to fix this. The G.U.I.D.E. method is a repeatable way of working that changes how teams build, measured by the same DORA and SPACE metrics that define strong engineering organisations. Our consulting is embedded: we build alongside your team and measure the result.

Ashish Kumar Tripathi
Founder and Principal Practitioner
Ashish has spent more than twenty years building enterprise-scale systems, from wealth platforms at Morgan Stanley to technology strategy for a $300M+ ARR portfolio at Amazon Web Services, where he spent three years. He is 4X AWS certified. He has mentored more than 200 engineers and supported more than 100 enterprises and software companies, including Postman, Yubi and FSS.
Before founding DeployProAI, he delivered AI-native software development cohorts for AWS enterprise customers, among them Deloitte, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and Care Health Insurance, covering the full development lifecycle with AWS tooling such as Kiro and Amazon Q. The same programme structure now underpins DeployProAI’s delivery, extended to Anthropic’s Claude Code and OpenAI’s Codex.
He designed the G.U.I.D.E. method, which turns AI coding assistants into a governed delivery workflow with a person approving every stage.
