How we process

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run our business, and only for the purposes set out in this policy.

Who we share data with

These providers process personal data for us. Each may use it only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and security commitments.

We may also share personal data:

  • with professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, who are bound by confidentiality;
  • with a client or institution, where you take part in a programme they arranged, to report attendance and results;
  • with government authorities, courts or regulators, where the law requires it.

Where your data is processed

Several of our providers process data outside India, mainly in the United States and Singapore. India's data protection law allows this except to countries the Government restricts, and we choose providers that commit to protecting the data they handle for us.

How we protect your data

  • Only the people who need personal data for their work can reach it.
  • The site is served only over encrypted connections.
  • Brochure links are signed for the address that asked for them and stop working after seven days.
  • We choose providers whose security and privacy practices we have checked, and give them only the data their service needs.

No transmission over the internet can be made completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. People make every decision that affects you.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to support our own work, such as research, preparing proposals and documents, writing software, and running our business. In each case AI helps our team analyse information and work faster; it is an assistant, not a decision maker.

AI does not make decisions about you or play a significant part in decisions that affect you. Those decisions are made by people, and every output that matters is reviewed by a person before it is used.

We may use AI to help create or edit content for this website and our materials, such as images and drafts. Our team reviews and approves it before it is published, and where it could be mistaken for a real person or event, we say that AI was used. If we offer an AI assistant on this website, we will make it clear that you are talking to AI rather than a person.

Where AI tools process personal data, the same privacy and security standards apply as to everything else in this policy. We do not use your personal data to train AI models, and we use AI services on business terms that do not allow the provider to train its models on what we send.

When we build AI systems for a client, the client's data is handled under our agreement with that client, as set out on the overview page.
