What we collect depends on how you deal with us. For each group below, the table sets out the data, why we use it and how long we keep it. We delete or anonymise data at the end of that period, or sooner if you ask and no law requires us to keep it.

Contact details you give us: name, email address, company or institution, your message and the type of enquiry

Students, faculty members and professionals on our programmes, and the staff of the institutions that arrange them.

Name, institution, contact details, attendance, and the work and assessments you complete

Certificate details: your name, the programme, its dates and a certificate number, shown on a verification page reached only by its link and kept out of search engines

What we do not collect

We do not ask for financial account details, government identity numbers or health information through this website. Please do not send them in a form or an email unless we have asked for them for a specific purpose.
